Som el que passa entre els eriçons i les estrelles [We are what’s between sea urchins and the stars]

The scale of what surrounds us diminishes to nothing when compared to the universe. From our perspective, stars are just tiny points of light floating in space and represent a small part of everything that makes it up.
Similarly, the sea urchin is just a tiny point submerged in the vastness of the ocean. This reflection sparks a dialogue between these two elements and their own symbolism.
The sea urchin, on the ground, symbolizes the earthly, reality, the tangible: it represents the mother. The star (in this case, a white dwarf) symbolizes the world of ideas, dreams, the goal, the intangible: it represents the father.
We are what happens between the sea urchins and the stars; we are children of the atoms that formed inside the stars, of the dust that fertilized the oceans.
